Insomnia Symptom Independently Predict Depression in the Patients With Panic Disorder

Objective: This study aimed to examine the association between insomnia symptoms, sub-symptoms of panic disorder, and depressive symptoms in patients with disorder.Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional was conducted 192 diagnosed disorder. Data on disorder severity, anxiety sensitivity, agoraphobia, were collected using psychological instruments. Correlation analysis logistic regression employed analyze relationships variables.Results: Patients accompanied by significant had a higher prevalence insomnia, younger age, more severe symptoms. Logistic revealed an independent presence patients. Specific sub-symptoms, such as fear publicly observable reactions cognitive dyscontrol, exhibited stronger associations than overall severity.Conclusion: The findings suggest specific Addressing may be crucial managing preventing Psychological interventions, particularly behavioral therapy, targeted at these factors could improve outcomes for
